Willow and Sage

Thinking that melatonin is a plant, I pulled out this magazine to look for a recipe. It turns out, melatonin is lab made. Although the body can naturally produce it and certain natural foods and herbs can promote it, any melatonin product is synthetic. I did find a “recipe” for gift tags though. They require pressed flowers, which reminded me that I wanted to build a flower presser, so a visit to The Home Depot may be in store tomorrow.
