Ikeda is truly a phenomenal man with a brilliant mind. My friend, who is a deeply technical with a PhD in Computer Science, said I opened his eyes to a whole new world with this exhibit. He was briefly brainstorming some diffusion model ideas of how he can create something similar. He made a joke about reverse engineering Ikeda’s show to make it easier, but as we all know, creativity cannot be hacked! Nor corporations.. nor governments.. nor banks..
I love seeing the worlds of science and the arts merge. Everything in this universe truly is connected. As I am less deeply technical, with knowledge that spans a countless amount of topics, I love calling on the deep-minded folkz like him to make up for where I lack. All minds can be great minds, it’s just about finding the individuals’ strength. I had another friend who soothed my soul in a time of distress with describing how my mind is like an encyclopedia :).
P.s.: When I say less deeply technical, I mean in comparison to my friend, not in comparison to all tech people as a whole. He can complete a bug bounty in less than 30 minutes, so that’s where my non-negative-consequential-just-how-my-brain-works line in the sand is at.
